Using Kmymoney version from ubuntu git ppa (ppa:claydoh/kmymoney-daily) I have the problem, that investment Dividend payments of $-investments not being converted to EUR as the base currency. Using Rarings normal version 4.6.3 all works fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. using git version (4.6.3+20130228~2791-ppa5~raring1) of kmymoney 2. have EUR as base currency and create an $-stock investment 3. add a dividend payment of e.g. 10$ Actual Results: see the payment is booked as income of 10 EUR Expected Results: the payment should be converted to EUR
Problem persists also with 4.6.4 compiled on slackware64. I might add, that in the reports (e.g. Income and Expenses This Year) the conversion is done correctly. So there is an inconsistency between the reports and the statement of the checking account.
Problem persists also in Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit, Kmymoney version 4.6.4. Income is calculated correctly to income category but dividend amount on brokerage account is wrong (same as original amount in original currency). In my case base currency is EUR and dividend is payed in SEK.
