kubuntu-backports 4.10
after upgrade yesterday

What you have encountered is downstream(Ubuntu)  packaging problem in dependency. Nothing can be done in the upstream here.  You can ask for help in the support channels  (forum, mailing list, irc ,etc ) of (K)ubuntu.
