currently battery widget doesn't autohide when no battery is inserted

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
if no battery is inserted in laptop, battery widget hides itself.

Fixed in 4.11.
The new battery monitor now actually adapts to size changes.

Sorry, wrong bug.

Fixed in 4.11.
The new battery monitor autohides when there are no batteries or no inserted batteries.
