I have recently installed rekonq 2.0 on ubuntu 12.04. After update Im unable see the global menu. Moreover when I try to see the version of Rekonq, it crashes immediately. After update, rekonq is also unable to display most of the images. Some of the images are showing though. I have followed this tutorial to install rekonq - http://handytutorial.com/install-rekonq-2-0-in-ubuntu-12-10-12-04 Im also seeing "Arora is also unable to display images properly. Reproducible: Always
Well, this report contains 3 unrelated issues: 1. "Im unable see the global menu" 2. "when I try to see the version of Rekonq, it crashes immediately." 3. "rekonq is also unable to display most of the images" Please do not report problems to a bug tracker in this way. One issue per report, please. A report containing multiple issues is generally impossible to be used for the "tracking" purpose. I will leave this report for the crash problem. Please create separate reports for other issues. And when it comes to crash, please *always* provide the backtrace (you can obtain it in the second tab of the popup dialog (DrKonqi) after the crash happens). Please never assume other people can reproduce the crash. I know I might sound wordy, but bug reporting is not a easy job you can do within 5 minutes :).
