With the new shining 4.10 release notifications stays in the notifications area in the system tray although you click on the "X" to remove them when they appear.
As example: I use Firefox fot text/html, when I click on a link i KMail I get a notification that it tries to open the link. I click on the "X" to close it, but the notification still increments and when I click on it the exact same notification is there.
