Just changed from one activity to another

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
I just face the most annoying bug since I ever installed KDE. 
When I login into the desktop environment, the applications I open are not shown in the task manager or icon-only task manager. After spent almost a day to find a workaround, I saw that if I change to another activity and then back, I see the open apps in the task manager but I usually get this crash.

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
