Description colren 2001-08-25 05:29:24 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kmail
Version: 1.3.1 (using KDE 2.2.0 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Debian Packages
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

Sent mail that has been transferred into other mail boxes (i.e from outbox into archive) does not display the date correctly when imported from Eudora. Eudora uses standard mbox format but for some reason won't import into kmail properly the date shown is "thurs Jan 1 1970"

Seems it does not use standard mbox format then.

Do the mails in there have a Date header or not?

Hello Michael

Thanks for your prompt reply. Here is one of the email messages that is
displayed with the wrong date. It is clipped out of one of the mail boxes
using VI.

Regards
Colin Renwick

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
