When I try to print a kword document and the text has a 2 line spacing then the first line on every page of the printout has a spacing of 1.5 instead of 2. 

When I change the spacing of the text to 1.5 in the printout the first line of every page gets a spacing of 1. 

In the print preview it looks ok though and when I save to file and load it into kghostview then it looks still ok but when I print it I get the same error
