After a file is changed outside kate, especially at a session logout, the dialog is shown in all desktops (this is good), but not in front of any other window (this is not good).
Once the dialog is closed, the session is closed. But kate is in all desktops in the new login.


Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The flag show in all desktops should be reverted after the dialog is closed.

In more recent versions of Kate (16.08+, I think), this UI is now an inline, non-modal status bar, not a floating modal dialog box. As such, the issue is now resolved.
