Description up5a 2001-08-24 13:23:00 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kmail
Version: KDE 2.2.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: Debian Packages
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

I pop-ed my mails from pop.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de remaining on the server.
Now I deleted them on my account since I wanted to try downloading again.
But kmail does not download it again.
They seem to be markedeither on server or on my side.

No problem. But now I add another pop3-account. Why the f**k does this new account not manage to download the mails? I won't see these mails ever again since "deleting on server" works out but downloading not.

Means: once I delete my emails locally I won't get them again from the server. Bullshit.

Thanks.
Nice program though

Does deleting~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/*110 help?

I guess when an account is deleted the corresponding list
of messages already downloaded should also be deleted.

Don.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
