My version of kde is: 4.9.4
Problems appears with multiple programms like console, firefox, chrome, vlc viewer.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run konsole in fullscreen mode
2. Move with the shortcuts to another window
3. Change application by clicking on activator in task manager (in the other desktop)
4. Move back to the previous window
Actual Results:  
We get task manager above active application and have to turn on and off full screen mode.

Expected Results:  
Active application should be still above task manager.
