Description Louis Moureaux 2013-02-04 07:52:14 UTC
Navigating using double-click is fairly broken. Marble doesn't go where you click.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Marble Virtual Globe. You are at position (A);
2. Go to (B) by double-clicking there;
3. (Optionnal) Don't move the mouse so the bug is more visible;
4. Double-click again.
Actual Results:
The new location is somewhere between (A) and (B).

Expected Results:
The new location is where you double-clicked at step 4.

The reason for this behavior is that the first click of the double click might be interpreted by the kinetic scrolling which becomes active then and starts panning.

This behavior seems to have changed in 1.7.97. Now, you randomly go to (0°, 0°) when navigating by double-clicking. Should I file another bug for that ? I haven't found one, but finding the right search terms is difficult.

No longer happens with Marble 2.2.20
