When I check the checkbox, the dropdown select box on its right stays disabled (and gray), so, unlike all the other options, I can't change it from "Do Not Affect". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right click on a window title bar, "More actions"->"Special application settings" 2. Go to the "Appearance & Fixes" tab 3. Click the checkbox to the left of "Moving/resizing" Actual Results: The dropdown select box reading "Do Not Affect" stays disabled, preventing any usage of the option. Expected Results: The dropdown select box should enable, allowing the user to change it from "Do Not Affect" to "Force" or "Force Temporarily", as is the case with the other options.
It should probably meanwhile go - the setting is no longer supported since 4.8 or so.
