1、在刚刚启动的时候无法显示主界面，通知，通知区域无图标。
2、只有只要复制一个超链接，他就会弹出来一个下载确认窗口，然后就可以在通知区域找到这个图标。然后就可以唤主界面。

Steps to Reproduce:
1.只有只要复制一个超链接，他就会弹出来一个下载确认窗口，然后就可以在通知区域找到这个图标。然后就可以唤主界面。
2.为此，我使用命令：kget 1> error 2>&1

Sorry, you have to use English in this bug tracker. That's the only language that can be used to guarantee your problem being understandable by others.

Also, that implies your KDE installation would be quite outdated. That makes the report barely useful, even if it is written in English.

1, when the application start-up , it cannot display the main interface , without notice,  no notification area icon.

2、只有只要复制一个超链接，他就会弹出来一个下载确认窗口，然后就可以在通知区域找到这个图标。然后就可以唤主界面。
2, only just copy a hyperlink from the website(for example http://releases.ubuntu.com/quantal/ubuntu-12.10-desktop-amd64.iso), it  will pop up a download confirmation window, and then you can find the icon in the notification area. You can then call the main interface.
