The shadow of tooltip of kde-telepathy presence widget is bigger than tootip. See attachment for details.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add "IM Presence status widget on plasma panel"
2. Move cursor to the widget an wait until tooltip appears
Actual Results:  
Shadow around tooltip is bigger than the tooltip

Expected Results:  
Shadow around tooltip should be the same size as tooltip

This bug is only reproducible with "Air" theme
