Description public+kde 2013-01-09 11:45:45 UTC
One can directly create a new contact by right-clicking a email address in a from or to field (for example) using the "Add to address book" entry of the context menu. Currently a notification is displayed that the details of the new contact can be changed using the address book.

This is not really intuitive behavior, the "Edit contact" window should be automatically displayed when adding a new contact as one almost always wants to fill in additional information.

Other common email clients such as Thunderbird or *cough* Outlook do this the same way. Also most webmailers exhibit this behavior.

Reproducible: Always

Great! — I really like the way KDE is developing! :-)
