This file can be correctly extracted by Winrar. But when I use Ark to extract it, it has an encoding issue. (49.48 KB, application/zip)

Description Discrete Chan 2013-01-02 07:42:23 UTC
If a archive is created with unrecognized encoding, then Ark cannot treat it correctly.
For example, if the archive uses GBK, Ark will give me ??????? file name. But I can extract this correctly using gbkunzip in AUR.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a GBK archive
2.Ark shows ?????? file name

Actual Results:
Dolphin cannot delete or open any file or folder extracted by Ark if the file name contains ????.

Expected Results:
Show the file name correctly.

Why not provide a menu or something to let users select the correct encoding?

Could you upload a test archive for checking?
