This is a DISASTER for me. Please, please bring this back - it is as simple as opening a window instead of a f------ tab!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a webpage that opens links in "_blank"
2. click such a link (or click any link while holding down ctrl)
Actual Results:  
a new tab :'(

Expected Results:  
a new window

Side effects
* I can't turn the tab bar off :((
* links opened in a new window from a private session ends up in non-private window

No crashes and no data loss. This is no major bug.

Development on Rekonq ceased four years ago, and it has been unmaintained since then. KDE recommends using Falkon instead.
