Hello, when I press shortcut (maybe key), is send to all VT (console), and only in dual head with shortcut custom (I have change some shortcut).
Then I can't press:
ctrl alt suppr -> reboot my computer
windows key -> change console
key at left of right ctrl -> change console
I'm with 2 independant screen (no clone), with default pannel on both.
I can use my keyboard for lot of stuff.
Bug since at least 4.7.
Thanks to solve it.

Bug was reported against KDE4 and pertains to dualhead (as distinct from multi-monitor), neither of which are officially supported anymore.
