reason I think it's simple, shadow is moved to kwin for some theme, but for specific application some change need to be done.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use air plasma theme
2.alt+tab
Actual Results:  
there is no shadow

Expected Results:  
there is shadow
