When I have Show Panels checked in Present Windows settings, the KRunner window stays visible, potentially blocking the sight to windows (if a long result list is shown) and causing windows stacking above and below.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable "Show Panels" setting in Present Windows
2. Open KRunner
(3. Type a query)
4. Trigger Present Windows
Actual Results:  
KRunner stays visible, potentially covering some windows

Expected Results:  
KRunner gets hidden

No bug - technically krunner is a "panel" (dock type window)

We need to blacklist it, or the effect (or its successor) needs configurable blacklisting facilities.

KRunner no longer is a panel in Plasma 5...
