put a sd car in the reader 
try to mount it and you will be able but 
partition manager can't see the sd card so you can't formating it 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.plug in a sd card
2.open partition manager
3.try to format it 
Actual Results:  
partition manager doesn't list the sd card

Expected Results:  
partition manager should be able to list sd cards 

sd card can be mounted and used .
