Description Bernd Oliver Sünderhauf 2012-12-01 10:08:09 UTC
When git isn't installed, KDevelop shows on startup the following dialog:
"Plugin 'Git-Unterstützung' could not be loaded correctly and was disabled.
Reason: git is not installed."
Now, after installing git, the plugin is still deactivated until I go and change the settings.

It would be nice, if the automatic deactivation of the plugin triggered a recheck of git-support on the next startup. Most users will install git after the first warning.
Optimally, a dialog would then say: "Plugin 'Git-Unterstützung' has been reenabled."

Reproducible: Always

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with KDevelop 25.12.2.
