I have chosesn the login screen which enables my own dialogue - GUI style "MS Windows 9x" Colour Scheme "Oxygen". By default the kast user to log in is selected - this can be changed (Good!). Although the cursor then moves to the password box, the focus does not, so it is necessary to mouse-click the box for your text to register. Not a big bi#ug, but counter-intuitive. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log in 2. Try to enter password 3. Left-click on password box and try again Actual Results: After step 3 login is successful Expected Results: One would expect successful login after step 2 The login screen I use is NOT the default with Kubuntu, but one I found easily by searching. I cannot remember exactly where I searched, but if you beed more details and can tell me where to find them, please email htimssined@yahoo.co.uk.
Das war so schnell. Vielen dank! KDM is unmaintained and not used in KDE Plasma 5. SDDM is the login manager used in KDE Plasma 5. If you still have this same issue with SDDM, please file an issue on the SDDM bugtracker (after doing a search for existing issues first!): https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/
