The folder view doesn't save icons position when changing their size. Only those icons that don't fit the new grid size should be moved.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set room type to folder view
2. Go to tab view and set midle icons size
3. Sort icons on your desktop
4. Try to increase/decrease icons size
5. Icons will be piled up
Actual Results:  
Icons are piled up.

Expected Results:  
Icons should stay on place where possible.
