Description George Kiagiadakis 2012-11-22 14:11:57 UTC
tp-rakia does not implement the Conn.I.SimplePresence interface and therefore the presence of a rakia account is always unset. This has always been causing minor trouble, but it seems that some recent change in the presence-related code has triggered weird behavior. The rakia accounts in the account manager, as soon as they go online, their status disappears from the right and the systray icon keeps spinning forever.

What the code should be doing is, check if the presence is unset and if it is, use the Connection status to determine the presence.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a SIP account
2. Go online

For the record, the code in account manager kcm was very recently updated to actually show the current presence (available, away etc) instead of just "online". Therefore, if rakia sets no presence, it displays nothing.
