- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had just tried to log into my account using GSSAPI for the first time, kmail indicated that the server didn't support GSSAPI, I switched to a different window to google solutions, when I looked back, Kmail had crashed.

- Custom settings of the application:
Was using plain login with ssl to our Exchange server, was trying GSSAPI authentication.
