Error message: "Another application seems to be using the package system at this time."
To my knowledge, this is the only software running on my system at this time.

I was using the software to install KompoZer, but I also encountered the problem with Bluefish Editor.

Note that I am currently running Kubuntu 12.04 Linux (OS Version Linux 3.2.0-32-generic-pae -KDE SC Version 4.8.2 (4.8.2) that was recently re-installed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Muon Software Center
2. Click Developer Tools
3. Click Web Development
4. Click Kompozer
5. Install
Actual Results:  
After a short wait, Error message appears in box: "Another application seems to be using the package system at this time."

Expected Results:  
Installation of Kompozer software on system.
