Description blueice 2012-11-15 20:04:07 UTC
It would be great if the label of the current tab could be added to the window title.
In this way you can use global auto-type features from password managers like KeePassX.

Can you explain the use case a little more?

In the password manager the entries have a window title fields which are matched with the title of the current window when a global shortcut is triggered and the password (or other fields) is send to the current window.

For example when i want to open my ssh key ring i type "ssh-add"
and the window title in Konsole contains now "ssh-add" (I configured the tab title format like this: "%d : %n"). Then i can hit the shortcurt and the correct password is send.
At the moment i would have to configure all entries with the same window title "Yakuake" and choose from them everytime a trigger global auto-type in Yakuake.

Another example is a sudo password on a remote host.
