"Monitor setup changed" dialog appears on previous primary display which is now disconnected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have multihead setup.
2. Disconnect primary monitor.
Actual Results:  
"Monitor setup changed" dialog appears on previous primary display area.

Expected Results:  
"Monitor setup changed" dialog appears on visible display area.
