Rekonq isn't usable with screen reader Orca

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install qt-at-spi and orca
2. run Orca
3. run: QT_ACCESSIBILITY=1 rekonq
Actual Results:  
Orca doesn't read web pages text in Rekonq.

Expected Results:  
Orca reads web pages.

Martin, can you please try and see if orca works with konqueror + webkit?
