Description abrahams 2012-11-09 01:21:36 UTC
It ought to be possible to set the hostname from System Settings. The two locations I know need to be modified (there might be more) are /etc/hostname and /etc/hosts. The only way I know of to change them is with direct editing -- not something that should be inflicted on the casual user.

Reproducible: Always
