I was developping some latex code for beamer. I was using a latex package called "listings" which cause some code to be colored as verbatim. Nothing else special. I undid a long serie of actions and Kile eventually crashed.

1. do you use static word wrap?
2. can you reproduce? :-)

This might be fixed, so I'd suggest to update to KDE 4.9, if possible.

1) I do not use any word wrap (if you mean line wrap in fact).
2) I did not try to reproduce the bug (because it seemed hard to do).
