when i change preferred language system goes to veery long updating process with only noninformative window
"updating system configuration"
It has only one progress bar, wich hovewer seems to respond not for whole updating process but rather part of it. I want to know time estimation and progress bar for WHOLE update process.
It putting out me now!

The Language settings were rewritten for 5.13. Please reopen if this continues to be a problem.
