It would be great to have an option to exclude specific accounts from net worth calculations, something like a check-box in account's settings.

You can select specific accounts for net worth reports, but I guess you mean something else by "net worth" in this case.

I took it to mean the Net Worth total on the Home view.

I don't think we would change that, as it breaks the double-entry logic.
I'd rather add the possibility to show a custom report on the home page, than modifying the net worth for all accounts by some setting on the background. There are already too many of those.

Yes, you are correct, Net Worth total on Home screen.
