Among a given set of 670 images taken with different cameras there are exactly 100 images which do not show in the geolocation preview (ride hand side of standard digikam window).

The images are correctly displayed when selecting all and opening the geolocation module.

Reproducible: Always

Does Image->Reread metadata from image help? You can test with a single picture.

With digiKam 5.0.0, this problem is not reproducible.
