In the home view, in the section "Preferred accounts", the total doesn't include the values of the investments, only the cash amounts. It should include the value of all assets, not just cash. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Include some investment accounts in the Preferred account 2. Go to the Home view, section Preferred account 3. The "current total" doesn't include the total value of the stocks, only the cash accounts.
The "Preferred accounts" section does not display a total information. It only shows the user limits if the "Show account limit information" is checked. The account limits feature is not available for investment accounts that's why that column is empty for investment accounts. The "current balance" column is correct for both normal and investment accounts or didn't I understood your report correctly?

I can add information to this bug, and I'd like to reopen. In KMM 5.1.1 AppImage on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 64 bit), the preferred account section shows three columns: Account, Current Balance, and To Minimum Balance/Maximum Credit. The column Current Balance does not take brokerage/stock accounts into account when calculating the total. So, it shows the account balance correctly for each individual account, but then the total is not the sum of that column. I have tried this with two accounts only, a checking account and an investing account with shares. The sum matches the checking account and the investing account is ignored.
It would be super cool if you can attach a test file here so that we can reproduce the problem. TIA.
