If Digikam is configured to not show any data in the thumb nails, the face tag input field does not show. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Configure dialog, Settings -> Configure digiKam... 2. Select tab: Album View 3. Disable all choices in 'Icon-View Option', and close the dialog by pressing OK button. Actual Results: Input field for face tag should be visible. Expected Results: Go to the People view, and if there are images scanned for faces, the thumb nails will not show the input field on the thumb nail to enter a face tag. If one in step 3. would enable all digiKam options, the input field will be visible.

Fix rectangle to use over icon-view item to plug face assigment overlay. We cannot use information rectangle on the botoom, in case of no information are displayed following user settings. Using Thumbnail rectangle is more appropriated. We will use bottom region of thumb.
