It would be nice if you could set the properties/settings of a window (like size and position) in each activity

assuming you're referring to window rules (special window/application settings)

-> Please explain what you'd like to fix / achieve by this (since the activities are subject to rules themselves and esp. match attributes are not updated at runtime, you may work on the wrong site)
