This issue happens when assigning a publication to a document.
After saying "OK" to the new data, the dialog is closed and the title shows up in the document listing. At this point the publication shows up again. It keeps reapearing, even if canceled, for a random number of times (I got 10, at some point).
It seems to happen consistently when I have switched at least once between documents and publications on the left panel.
