Add option (make existing option accept zero value) for disabling downloading first N KiBs in all files because it disturbs download order plugin and forces ktorrent to download chunks that are needed much later. For torrents with a few hundred files and 16 MiB chunks it significantly slows down obtaining the first file. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a torrent with a huge number of files. 2. Setup a download order for it. Actual Results: KTorrent first downloads at least one chunk for each file and only then start downloading file with the highest priority. Expected Results: KTorrent downloads only file with the highest priority assuming there are peers with this file that can provide enough bandwidth or there are no peers without this file.
