Konqueror, Kate and some other KDE-Tools will not print to OKI B431 Laserprinter.
Apparently the pagesize (A4) does not fit with the OKI-Settings (starting Warmup, but not printing)
Printing first to PDF and then to the Printer works though

Printing to alternate Printer e.g. HP 1200 Laserjet works too



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a manual page man:/ ...
2. start printing Dialog - observe Page-Settings and start Printing
3.
Actual Results:  
 printer fan starts for warmup but does not recieve Data, does not start printing.
