Description Will Stephenson 2012-09-19 21:50:50 UTC
Eg I want to rename Foo to Bar, but Bar already exists. KIO pops up a warning asking me if I want to overwrite Bar, and I cancel the operation. In the view, Foo is now shown as Bar (as well as the original Bar), until I F5.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to rename a file/dir to a name that already exists
2. Cancel the operation in the warning popup.
3. Look at the view.
Actual Results:
View shows the file named the invalid name.

Expected Results:
File should revert to its original name in the view.
