Description Lukas Schneiderbauer 2012-09-16 12:43:01 UTC
The Tomahawk music player [0] playback stops after each track (while it should play the next song). With the phonon-vlc-backend all is working fine so Tomahawk-devs blame the phonon-gstreamer-backend.

I will attach the tomahawk log with
$ export PHONON_DEBUG=5
$ export PHONON_BACKEND_DEBUG=5
$ export PHONON_GST_DEBUG=5
$ export PHONON_GST_GST_DEBUG=5

[0] http//www.tomahawk-player.org/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Tomahawk.
2. Play a song.
3. Wait until song playback has finished.
Actual Results:
The next song isn't played.

Expected Results:
The next song is played.

I use
* kde-4.9.1
* phonon-4.6.0
* phonon-gstreamer-4.6.2

Offtopic: Also I have issues using the time-navigation for a song with the gstreamer backend (playback stops). Should I file an extra bug for this?

Maybe this bug is related to bug #296100 ?

Okay, I noticed, that the problem is the used pulseaudio-network-sink (I didn't notice, because that's my default setup).

Sorry for that. I will mark it as duplicate.
