Expected Results: irrespective any applicable file format, digiKam should offer the same treatment/abilities for all acceptable file formates

In Digikam 4.12 under Ubunutu 15.10 the geo-tab on the righthand side of the window has disappered. LibKExiv2 version is 2.4.0. The previous version (4.8?) under Ubuntu 15.04 did not behave very as nice as older versions. One could not change map or resize and zoom to see something meaningful.
