this is a regression between kde 4.9.0 and 4.9.1 Unless I disable "enable nepomuk semantic desktop" and renable it, strigi won't index new files. Reproducible: Always
after disabling it, I have to delete ~/.kde4/share/config/nepomukstrigirc otherwise it won't reindex anything after I renable it.

I deleted my ~/kde4 and started fresh but this keeps happening
I am also using systemd in case that is in any indication.
