Description Alan Prescott 2012-09-13 09:17:15 UTC
I'm using kevelop to edit files on a remote server using the fish:// protocol.
The find in files window correctly shows the fish:// URL as the Location when I click on the double-headed arrow but the Find always reports 'No Results Found'.

If Find/Replace in remote files is not possible then a message saying so should be shown or the 'Synchronise with current document directory' option disabled

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open remote files for editing using fish://
2.open the Find in files option from the Edit menu
3.set up a search pattern which is known to succeed
4.select the remote location using the Synchronise with current document directory option
5. Find
Actual Results:
No Results Found

Expected Results:
Show matched strings and offer chance to replace as per local files
