Description Ronny Multrus 2012-09-10 08:55:12 UTC
I created an e-mail with an attached HTML file and saved it as a draft. When I opened it for re-editing and sending, the previous mail body text was gone and the attached file's content was displayed as editable content instead. Saving the mail again as draft loses the original mail body text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new e-mail with some body text
2. attach an HTML file
3. save it as a draft
4. re-open the draft mail for editing/sending
Actual Results:
Mail body is gone, HTML file's content contained in editor as editable instead

Expected Results:
Mail body text as entered before, correctly attached files

I confirm it.
Will look at it

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kmail2 (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.12 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
