Kompare conflates changes to different directories with the same name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell Kompare to open the attached patch man-db-2.6.2-zio.dif.
  2. examine changes to gnulib/lib.

Actual Results:  
  2. 
stdio.in.h 
decompress.c

Expected Results:  
  2. 
stdio.in.h

Sorry for the noise, the BUG: entry in the related patch points wrongly to this bug while it was intended for bug 360500

Retested with version 4.1.22083.
