If I select all files in directory and make archive it via context menu in Dolphin - name of archive is equally to first selected file, but not folder name, which will be better and more logical.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make archive comprising all files in folder

Actual Results:  
Archive name is first selected file name.

Expected Results:  
Archive name is folder name.

I guess the Actual Results are more logical ..

some tool like windows defaults one use first selected file.
7-zip in the contextual menu propose to use folder name.

maybe should check what winzip, winrar, winace... do but if found the actual way correct.
